a) Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the creation and publication of an entry in the Baby Gallery. This includes:

• Child’s first name
• Date of birth
• Optional: Time of birth, weight, height, last name
• Photo of the child

Publication will only take place with the explicit consent of the data subject in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

b) Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may revoke this consent at any time with future effect (see Section 7).

4. Retention and Deletion Periods

Entries in the Baby Gallery are automatically deleted after 3 years, unless otherwise agreed or the data subject revokes the entry beforehand.

5. Recipients of the Data

Personal data is processed and stored exclusively on the servers of Baby Smile Fotografie GmbH & Co. KG. Data is not disclosed to third parties unless:

• You have expressly consented to the disclosure.
• Disclosure is required by law.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion of a Baby Gallery Entry

You may withdraw your consent to the publication of the Baby Gallery entry at any time. To do so, simply send a written notice to datenschutz@babysmile24.de. Following your withdrawal, the entry will be deleted immediately.

Baby Smile Fotografie GmbH & Co. KG implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data being processed. All data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on secure servers.
